Pet Atas was born from our journey with Summer, our 19-year-old senior Poodle and unofficial mascot. Her needs in her golden years inspired us to look deeper into what true pet wellness means. Because of Summer, we dedicated ourselves to studying and learning specialized Holistic Pet Care and Wellness techniques, ensuring we could provide the highest standard of support for dogs at every stage of life.
We take a whole-dog approach to every session, considering age, skin and coat condition, temperament, and lifestyle. Our space is designed exclusively for dogs, combining gentle grooming practices with a calm, stress-free environment that supports physical health and emotional balance. Because of Summer’s legacy, we understand the specific care required for senior pets.
Each visit allows time for dogs to settle in and gently desensitize to the space, sounds, and handling before their session begins. Our groomers use patient, low-stress techniques and high-quality, pet-safe products, tailoring every treatment to your dog's individual needs.
By focusing on wellness, trust, and consistency, we aim to create a positive experience that benefits your dog in the long term. Because a healthy, happy dog starts with compassionate, senior-inspired care.

Operating Hours
Dogs above 16kg are assessed on a case-by-case basis based on coat condition, temperament, and handling requirements.
Spa Treatment is available as an add-on only and must be paired with a Deluxe Wash or Full Groom. This service is not suitable for senior dogs or dogs with existing medical conditions, and suitability will be assessed prior to treatment.
Daycare is available at half price as an add-on to any grooming service.
In consideration of the presence of senior pets within our premises, we do not accept dogs with fleas or ticks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and hygienic environment for all pets.
Our team prepares to clean up and close by 6PM. Pickups after this time will be subject to an overtime supervision fee of RM30 per 15 minutes.
A handling fee of RM50 for aggressive dogs may be charged wherever applicable.
Dematting is charged based on the time required due to coat condition and will be assessed during check-in. Fees apply at RM60 per 30 minutes or RM100 per hour. In cases of severe matting, alternative grooming approaches may be recommended to ensure your dog’s comfort and wellbeing.
While every precaution is taken to ensure a safe environment, pet owners remain responsible for any damage caused by their dog to property, equipment, or other pets’ belongings during their visit. Any such incidents will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and reasonable repair or replacement costs may apply.
